Carleton Place and District Memorial Hospital (CPDMH) is dedicated to delivering the highest level of health care to our community close to home.

Our Board of Directors is composed of volunteers with diverse skills, expertise, and community knowledge who oversee our hospital’s pursuit of its vision to shape a healthy future for our communities through caring, quality, and innovation.

Our hospital has an outstanding leadership team, as well as talented and professional staff, physicians, and front-line workers, who dedicate themselves to providing safe and quality care each and every day.

Our partnership with the Almonte General Hospital (AGH) through the Mississippi River Health Alliance has been, and continues to be, a success. Aligning strategic plans and integrating select services is leading to greater efficiencies and innovations in our delivery of care. We are excited to see what the future holds as this collaboration evolves.
